How we handle complaints:
1.    We will send a written acknowledgment of the complaint with in 5 working days.
2.    We will inform you of the name of the person handling your compliant and their contact details.
3.    We will carefully look into your claim.
4.    We will resolve your compliant with in 4 weeks. However if we need further time to get to the bottom of the compliant then we will write to tell you about any delays and when we expect to resolve it.
5.    We will Inform you who to contact if you are still unhappy with the final outcome.
